Who We Are
Travelling Gun was launched in April 2009 as part of Fly Fisher Travel Ltd. The company was founded by Henry Mountain, Peter Rippin and Roddy Hall, all of whom have worked for many years in sporting travel.
HENRY MOUNTAIN spent ten years at Frontiers International, the last five as a Director of the company. He has a wealth of destination experience covering both fishing and shooting. Ever attentive to detail, he will ensure that you will receive the best possible advice and that your trip will run as smoothly as possible.

Fishing: Argentina, Australia, Chile, Iceland, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Seychelles, UK.
PETER RIPPIN was Operations Manager for Shackleton International Ltd for five years and previously guided for several seasons in both Russia and Argentina. He has extensive knowledge of the industry and has first-hand experience of operating many of the finest and most exclusive fishing operations in the world. Peter has spent the past three years developing companies to operate and promote first class fly fishing destinations in Iceland, Russia and Seychelles.

Fishing: Alaska, Argentina, Bahamas, Cuba, Iceland, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Seychelles, UK.
RODDY HALL managed the main Ponoi camp in Russia for six years and was also involved in developing the sporting operation at Kamalame Cay in the Bahamas. He spends the majority of the year in southern Africa researching sporting opportunities and hosting clients. Roddy also operates and manages the Yokanga on the Kola Peninsula.
